The focus is controlled by the machine tool control system. The focus can be auto-adjusted during cutting, so the workers do not need to adjust the focus before each process. As a result, the time is saved and operational errors are reduced.

During traditional perforation processes, the holes are easily ruptured due to the uneven material. Bodor lightning and Bodor Genius worked together and improved the operating process, the perforation process will no longer be influenced by the metal. At the same time, the time for perforation is reduced, so our equipment can reduce the gas consumption, power consumption and the wear on the cutting heads.

Our machine beds are made of flake graphite cast iron whose tensile strength is about 200MPa by die casting. The flake graphite cast iron has high hardness, good pressure resistance and good shock absorption performance, so the machine beds can reduce the error caused by the vibration.

These machine beds have been heat treated to improve their wear resistance and stability to keep the high accuracy and extend service lives.

The cross beam of the laser cutting machine is made of cast aluminum. Cast aluminum has a high tensile strength and is very light at the same time, therefore, the cross beam can adapt to the faster and more precise cutting process.

The cast aluminum cross beam will go through artificial aging and solution treatment process, so the rigidity, toughness and ductility will be improved to adapt to high-speed movement during processing.

Our fiber laser cutting machine adopts an independantly developed control system -Bodor Pro 2.0 intelligent CNC system.

The laser cutting machine can complete the typesetting and sorting of the graphics automatically through the Bodor Pro 2.0 intelligent CNC system. Besides, with the Bodor Pro 2.0 intelligent CNC system, the laser cutting machine can find the edge of the graphics and achieve automatic positioning. The work efficiency will be greatly improved, and the scrap will be reduced.
